She studied engineering, but the heart of Katrien Herdewyn is with her award-winning international footwear label, Elegnano. Thanks to nanotechnology, her creations stay clean and dry. However, just like Rome wasn't built in one day, Katrien worked hard and sacrificed a thing or two to be where she is today.
